Street had character, and lot of alfresco restaurants. Near the Vatican so easy to walk to that essential tourist attraction. Quiet at night. I liked the one domestic worker, who helped us when there was a problem with the room.
Be warned! Only staffed until 3.30pm so don't arrive later or you could be left waiting in the stairwell, as one poor lady did during our stay. On fourth floor, no lift. Only one staff member who is very nice and helpful but limited in English. Didn't meet the owner, but on the one occasion I talked to her she tried to rip me off with the price, and then when I asked for a discount because of a huge inconvenience she tried to rip off the govt by offering only a discount (by cheating) in the compulsory Rome tourist fee. Often the electricity system fails. We learnt that when we had to be moved to a nearby hotel because the power went out and couldn't be fixed. Apparently lots of people have to be moved to the other hotel because it happens regularly. Quite an inconvenience having to pack in the dark and move unexpectedly! However the owner considered it more of an inconvenience to herself, not us, and did not apologise or offer any compensation.

The location was premium - extremely close to the Vatican and on a small, lively street. Very clean, nice continental breakfast every day. The single accommodation is quite small, but was very clean and had a TV, AC, private bathroom with shower and blow dryer. I would highly recommend this B&B. However, if you are not willing to climb stairs, this would not be the place for you.

Great location close to many attractions and easy to reach with public transportation. The hotel is located in an apartment building that gives you a cozy and homely feel. Beds are comfortable and the rooms have lovely decor, which adds to the charm of the apartment. The breakfast comes with a good number of options, which is perfect for starting the day.
The room could be noisy if it is facing the street. During our stay, the room was not very soundproof, so we could hear noise on the street and from other guests.

Close to Vatican.
Too many stairs to climb up. Room cramped for space and light. No baby cot available for all the rooms. Ok breakfast.

Comfortable and Convenient: We stayed at Sweet Dreams for 4 days in mid-April and we were pleasantly surprised. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, with many cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was easy to get around the city from there. The room overlooked a quiet back street, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

Fantastic location and very comfortable.
The breakfast is very bad. Prepacked or not very fresh stuff. Had breakfast once. Could not pay by card. Apparently the machine didn't work. Some services/facilities as posted on the Booked.net website do not seem to exist.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was unbeatable, with reasonable prices for a comfortable room. The attention to detail was impressive, from the separate bathroom across the hall to the individual toilets in the rooms. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that towels were changed regularly and that the rooms had essential air conditioning. I also loved that breakfast was included, providing a delicious start to each day.
All was absolutely fine during my stay!

Great location, close to public transportation and tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and clean with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering advice on where to go and what to see.
There were some stairs to climb to get to the room, but it was worth it for the central location. Breakfast was only okay, with a limited selection.

The location of this B&B is unbeatable. It's just a stone's throw away from St Peter's Square, with easy access to the metro and many great shops and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we felt welcomed the moment we walked in. The breakfast spread was decent and it was wonderful to be served a delicious meal in the what seemed like a family run restaurant downstairs.
The sound insulation between the rooms and the street could have been better.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem near Vatican City during a weekend getaway. The owner and staff were welcoming and attentive. The peaceful and private atmosphere, with only three rooms, made us feel right at home. Our room had a spacious attached bathroom with an excellent shower. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the Metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican and other attractions. , the nearby restaurant offered high-quality food at reasonable prices. We will definitely choose this place again for our next visit!
100% Recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with very little external noise. The hotel also provided essential amenities and had a quirky, yet tasteful, decor.
All was just fine.
